This stretch is excellent at reducing the effects of long periods of sitting at home during lockdown. It will open the front of the hips and pelvis with combined opening of the thorax and shoulders. Tuck your bottom in and open the upper back and ribs with long deep breaths. Always go into this position gently and introduce the stretch slowly as symptoms allow.
