Rebecca’s first degree in Physiology and Human Biology at Leeds University led her to study Physiotherapy at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’, graduating in 2007. From there Rebecca worked within some of the large NHS teaching hospitals in London. Here she gained valuable experience in treating multiple traumas and post-operative conditions. Rebecca specialised into Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy within the Private Sector and continued with study at a Masters level.
As a physiotherapist Rebecca has a keen interest in functional rehabilitation and focuses on individual goals. Using her Pilates training (Matwork 1, 2 and 3) and education in strength and conditioning, Rebecca tailors exercises to suit each person no matter what their physical ability. Rebecca is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Paediatrics and also has a particular interest in Hypermobility.
Outside of work Rebecca is a mother of 2 young children. Rebecca enjoys Pilates, Tennis and would ski every weekend if she lived in the Alps!
